How do I book a visit?

Which methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay us cash, or by credit/debit card, if you are a business you can also pay by bank transfer.
Do you repair iMac computers and MacBooks
Yes, our team are experts in repairing iMac or MacBook computers.
Can you retrieve my lost Data?
We can attempt to retrieve lost or corrupted data. We offer advice on backup systems to prevent re-occurrence of lost data.
What about printers?
We can install or reconnect your new printer. We also deal with any software related printer issues. However, we can repair printer hardware faults in rare cases.
Can you set up my new computer?
Yes, we will get your machine up and running in no time. We’ll connect it to the Internet and to your home network, if you have one. We can transfer your data and software you use from your old computer too.
Are all repairs done at my home?
We carry out 95% of repairs at your home or business, so you can watch and ask any questions. Only in exceptional circumstances will we need to take your computer away for repair.
Can you help with other things like my iPad, iPhone, Android or Kindle?
Yes, we can. We can configure them, connect to your broadband network, and provide any help you may need with learning how to use them. We can show you how to connect them to your iTunes or the Kindle bookstore. If you have a faulty one, we can fix it. We also offer screen replacement.
How quickly can you get to me?
Our aim is to get to you same day of your booking. We operate Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm and Sat 9:00am – 12:00pm. We offer out of regular working hours appointments upon request.
“No Fix, No Fee” – where’s the catch?
There is no catch: it means what it says. In the unlikely event that SwIftTech does not know how to repair your computer or find a solution for you, you won’t be charged anything.
